"A beautiful, old-style hacienda with all the modern conveniences. Beautiful views, an amazingly kind and helpful host, fantastic kitchen and bathroom amenities. I deeply enjoyed rambling down the farm access roads and discovered an amazing bonus in the restaurant next door: weekday lunch deal for less than $15 -- including a bottle of their own vineyard's wine! My only issue was with public transit -- the buses in the area are more aspirational than predictable and taxi drivers don't like taking...

"This was a lovely experience, if you like hotel chains do not go here, but if you want something that is what i believe to be a traditional family run spanish hotel, it is very quaint. The owners only speak spanish but with google translate they were very helpful. I think the description on the hotels.com website is a bit inaccurate, as there is a communal pool in the village but not at the hotel, and no hot tub as far as i know. "The owners are extremely nice and if you are looking for a tranquil getaway in the middle of nature, this will be great for you. The grounds and surrounding area are really beautiful. However, if you are just looking for something quaint near Girona, as we were, it was not what we expected. This is basically "glamping". "Ha sido todo muy correcto hasta que, el último día y después del check out pedimos a Joan quedarnos un rato en la piscina. Nos dijo que por supuesto y cuando ya nos íbamos del hotel vino la mujer de Joan con muy malas formas a decirnos que no podíamos estar allí después del check out y que teníamos que pagar 10€ por adulto.
