Excellent service & friendly staff. Breakfast with delicious food and the lady named "Mimi" who was very helpful as my son is a bit picky on food. Rooms were nicely cleaned. And of course the Hotel Manager Jimmy who was been very helpful in giving us all info where to visit, from day 1 until we checked out. Overall The Hanoi Signature Hotel is highly recommended.

I was only supposed to stay 4 nights, but I ended up loving it so much that I extended my stay to 10! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond — they were amazing, attentive, and truly made me feel like a valued guest. As a solo traveler, I could have easily felt overlooked, but instead they made me feel welcomed, nurtured, and genuinely cared for throughout my entire stay. The breakfast buffet each morning was a highlight — fresh options, great variety, and a wonderful team who greeted me with a smile every day. It was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, which made coming back after a day of exploring even more enjoyable. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I'd happily return. Highly recommend it, especially for solo travelers looking for a place that feels like a home away from home!"
