The hotel itself is beautiful — stylish, comfortable and in a fantastic location for exploring Hanoi. Everything was just perfect, and the attention to detail really stood out. Hospitality is all I will remember from this hotel. All the staffs are extremely nice, always have a nice conversation with the staff. They speak English really well so communication was very easy. Friendliness, tentative and professional.
