"The room is clean. I like how a shuttle can be arranged (5euro per person). However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one. The shower floor is extremely slippery, especially after using hair conditioner. It is dangerous for elders and children as there isn’t any mat or handles. For the day we check in, we took the free bus from airport and walk a long path that is not friendly for large luggage. Overall, quite disappointed about the room but the shuttle driver and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful."

"Excellent to very good. Conveniently located at the airport. Staff is polite and helpful. Restaurant with good Italian food. Breakfast good. Room in good condition and has everything we need."

"Staff in the cafeteria (-1 level) is very helpful. He helped me heat up my dinner. Since the hotel is situated remotely, I purchased two cold meals at Carrefour express before checking in. The hotel provides water machines, this is very convenient and helpful."

"We had another wonderful time at Hotel Cyrano in Salono. Hotel manager Marco was as warm and friendly as ever! We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. This was our second stay, and we've had a wonderful time every time! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful and frequently refreshed. The hotel is easily accessible from the highway and features a two-level underground parking garage with ample and secure parking. This makes it an ideal choice for exploring Milan for a few days. great value for money, and we would definitely stay here again."
