「We were disappointed with our stay due to multiple problems. Check-in was super frustrating, we never received the expected text for mobile check-in, and when I got through on the phone they told me you can only check in through text. They can’t do it over the phone, which makes no sense in a mountain town where cell service is spotty. It took almost half an hour to get the text then go through their online system to finally get another text with the code. A creek was actively flowing directly...

「I had to shovel three foot high snow 10 feet long to get to the front door. I also had to shovel another six feet to get to the stairs as well. Luckily I brought a shovel because if I hadn’t I couldn’t have gotten into the place. This was after being told the room wasn’t ready and was being worked on. Once inside it was a Time Machine back the 80s everything was extremely outdated. The only plus was location and view」
