「It would have been nice to have bath items such as shampoo and lotion. They only had a large bottle of all-purpose soap for body and hair. Did not have wash cloths. Breakfast buffet seemed expensive at 20 E. Overall, a nice hotel」

「Neues und stylisches Hotel 5 Fahrminuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Geräumiges Zimmer mit sehr komfortablem Bett. Wir bekamen einen Welcome Drink spendiert, was bei den Moxy Hotels scheinbar zum Standard gehört. Ein Teil des Personals spricht kein deutsch und scheint noch in der Lernphase zu sein. Letzeres führte zu längeren Wartezeiten. 」

「1.The hotel counter refused to help us to print the ticket( A4*3 pages), even if we paid extra. Then I have to go to the next hotel to ask for help. Another hotel does not charge any fees to help me print three tickets. 2.we booking one "triple room including breakfast ", the receptionist told to us only 2 breakfast is included. The third person has to pay extra. but the confirmation didn't show this rule.」

「Hotel property very conveniently situated about 15 mins by train from airport and 40 mins by direct train into the centre of Berlin. Train station 2 mins walk from property in a quiet location. Hotel itself was very clean with a good breakfast. Hotel 」
