The check-in was fast and pleasant, and a bellboy helped us with the luggage. The free parking is a bit far from the entrance, so help is much appreciated, especially when you have a lot of luggage as we did.
At check-out, we carried our own stuff.
Armed security is present at the parking entrance and patrolling the premises, so you feel safe.
The Wild West rooms are all on the ground floor. You need your room key to access the building and there is a vending machine at the entrance. The room is VERY COOL and the kids adored the "jail" in the Sheriff's Office. They get a present if they manage to solve the riddle and open the Treasury Box. The shower was clogged when we arrived, but it was fixed next morning. The room and bathroom cleanliness are about 3-3.5* only. The double bed is very uncomfortable, despite looking cool. The TV has a lot of TV stations, but there is bad reception for some of them and smearing colors.
There is a free bus to/from GardaLand (0.5 miles). If you drive, parking is 5 euro/day. It's annoying that you have to pay for each towel 1 euro + 5 euro deposit at the pool, and they make you buy a cap for almost 5 euro a piece to access the pool.
The breakfast was a pretty nice buffet, but the omelet looked and tasted a bit weird. Make sure you book a room with breakfast, as it's euro 17.5/person for adults.
