Weekends with a high occupancy rate: one or two people at reception, one of whom is an intern ?. Two restaurants: the first one it was sold out! The second one was a buffet restaurant with a 40-minute queue to get in: child-friendly hotel? Very expensive prices for a breakfast (16 euro per child and 20 per adult). I thought better than what I found, sorry.

Gardaland wikend
Perfect choice for gardaland visit. Big room, free bus to gardaland. Nice pool, bring a towel or rent for 1 euro. Breakfast is better in the gardaland hotel, you can just go there instead of the busy line.

Decent hotel but restaurant was expensive and not very pleasing. I suggest you eat at the local restaurants if you don't mind the drive, as none are in easy walking distance.

The theme was fantastic. My daughter loves this hotel. We have stayed in the Arctic room and the Wild West room, both of them were amazing! Can't wait to go back!

Excellent stay if you want to visit Gardaland
Surprisingly the Gardaland hotel was much more than we expected. Clean, excellent shower, huge breakfast Buffett . I have to say I was impressed.

The hotel is great, the staff were very kind. Amazing concept. The only and great location for families. The only problem was that outside was tractors from the morning because they build there...and if this is not enoujh the gardner cut the grass woth the machine under my room. It was very noisy except those facts everything was perfect.

Perfect for Gardaland trip

Every thing was perfect except: 1. At firsts they didn’t want to give a baby crib to our room. Eventually the did give after an argument. 2. If you want to buy food groceries or things for baby you need a car to go to the supermarket. It’s not possible by walk.

Our family has visited the Gardaland Hotel and now Adventure Hotel for many years. Over the years we have seen the prices go up and the offering go down. We do still enjoy it but our trips have become less frequent and we have even skipped a year (last year). I see less value there than I have in previous years. There are many hotels in the area that offer more and still provide easy access to the Gardaland Amusement park. For many years we also always had the same staff providing services, from dining to the children's entertainment. About a year after the hotel came under new management many of the permanent staff left. This was such a pity as they were always very nice, friendly and they remembered the customers. I would only say now for the prices that they charge have a look at Disney in Paris. You may find a better value.

Lovely hotel
We stayed for for one night to visit Gardaland. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel that takes just 5min. Before arrival we were told there was a problem with our original room booking which meant we were upgraded to a suite which was lovely. We enjoyed the treasure hunt in the room and gift. The breakfast was good with lots of choice. There was some building work going on during our stay but we weren’t particularly affected by it.

Stayed in the Hotel for a week. On the day we came abck from Gardaland (late PM), now towels were avail in the room. Had to call reception 4 times and wait for over half-an-hour to get them. Breakfasts are ok but had to wait many times to missing staff. Bathroom shower is very small. The curtain design is bad that it keep touches you (for a family room where you need to wash kids its impossible... hardly fits yourself) Overall Hotel is nice but not justified the cost ... there are much better deals.

Very cool hotel. We loved it. Great staff.
The check-in was fast and pleasant, and a bellboy helped us with the luggage. The free parking is a bit far from the entrance, so help is much appreciated, especially when you have a lot of luggage as we did. At check-out, we carried our own stuff. Armed security is present at the parking entrance and patrolling the premises, so you feel safe. The Wild West rooms are all on the ground floor. You need your room key to access the building and there is a vending machine at the entrance. The room is VERY COOL and the kids adored the "jail" in the Sheriff's Office. They get a present if they manage to solve the riddle and open the Treasury Box. The shower was clogged when we arrived, but it was fixed next morning. The room and bathroom cleanliness are about 3-3.5* only. The double bed is very uncomfortable, despite looking cool. The TV has a lot of TV stations, but there is bad reception for some of them and smearing colors. There is a free bus to/from GardaLand (0.5 miles). If you drive, parking is 5 euro/day. It's annoying that you have to pay for each towel 1 euro + 5 euro deposit at the pool, and they make you buy a cap for almost 5 euro a piece to access the pool. The breakfast was a pretty nice buffet, but the omelet looked and tasted a bit weird. Make sure you book a room with breakfast, as it's euro 17.5/person for adults.

Wonderful hotel
We had such a great time. The hotel staff were all great, rooms/all of hotel very clean and well looked after. Kids especially loved Simon who entertained them with games after breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Not too many English tourist, so if you like a hotel where you feel like you've left the UK then you will love it. We did! Refreshing not to see pictures egg and chips everywhere. If we do go again, we would hire a car as you need to get a taxi to the lake. Taxi to lake towns Lazise €23, Sirmone, €40 each way. So if you plan to explore, then car hire would work out cheaper than a taxi. Gardaland park bus goes every 30 mins and takes about 5 mins and a fun day out for families.
