"Our room get cleaned once a day and we get given water bottles for free, it’s pretty nice however, there is no variety for breakfast (although always warm and fresh croissants) and they are not accommodating towards tourists. "

"my kids found a cockroach in our bedroom, im not sure how long we had it we stayed 2 nights and just checked out , we had to take iur clothes to wash cause who knows could be contaminated. The hotel suited our bedroom when I went down and talked to the receptionist, what I asked is compensate for our inconvenience also to ruin our memory , I did not received a single call just an email indicating they are waving the additional cost worth of 50 Euro I would to refund the whole staying"

"The third stay at this hotel and it was awesome. The location is great and it’s very close to the palace. The design of the hotel is unique replicating a palace. Very clean rooms and wonderful spa amenities. We took a dip in the outdoor pool after a long drive. Food in the restaurant is extremely good. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of options. My favourite stop when I drive south through Italy."

"A great hotel in a really good location, its a fairly easy walk down to the beach and ferry but there is a top car park access to the town so you have the best of both worlds. Swimming pool is a welcome facility after a day of sight seeing, the lining is a bit stained around the edges but it seems welll maintained and clean."
