"A beach side hotel complex. It's a bit tired and dated, and inconsistent in its facilities between rooms. Worked well for us and another couple for 1 night before heading to the international airport but would not have been our choice to stay at for an extended period. There are some restaurants at the moderate to higher price point nearby but if you want a supermarket or a wider range of eating options you will need a car or to walk for 20 mins or so."

"My husband and I enjoyed 10 nights at the Castellmar. The building is older and the bathroom could use a face lift but everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The deck off the living room was huge and we enjoyed our partial view of the sea. I would recommend this property for the price even though the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours. "

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"Room small, not room for 2 persons bags, odor in room (masked w diffusers), shower didn't drain, manager/concierge gave us the worst room even tho we decided to stay extra night. However we still liked the hotel..maybe better room next time"
