「非常舒服，環境很好」

「Everything was great BUT unfortunately they have a trick on the spa and wellness brochure which you need to be aware. Everything on the manu has a price listed (massages scrub facial nails etc) EXCEPT the SPA sauna Turkish bath and pools tour. They decided to omit the price so customer get confused and think that is free of charge but at the end they ask for 95€ for person. I found it very tricky because if they want to be honest they have to have price list with everything not everything except...

「Parking outside the town with paid shuttle service. It is not far if you know the way. Good location. Can also see the sunrise. Service was unbelievable good!」

「It was a delightful stay. Great value for money. The hotel has a huge garden with many fruit trees and a swimming pool. Located within 15 min drive from Alberbello. Highly recommend to stay here if you drive. 」

「It's the best hotel for me. The owner of the hotel is very nice and enthusiastic. Although they don't speak English very well, they helped us a lot with our heavy luggage. 「A restaurant is exactly downstairs of our room, so it was quite noisy in the night time from the guests sitting outside of restaurant. Also there was a few second noise from the electric box of the room every minute when we turned on the air conditioning. The location of room is very good, walking distance to Matera old town. We really enjoy to stay at Matera.」

「Giovanni was an excellent host and very helpful. The video sent to us prior to arrival showing how to find our room was so good and precise. Our room was clean and spacious, with tea and coffee facilities. The private terrace and breakfast provided was plentiful and the staff were so friendly. Would definitely recommend this property, very quiet but only a few minutes walk to the busy streets of Matera. Many happy memories made. Thank you. 」
