Roberto was so helpful and soon arrived at the B&B after we called him to tell him the situation we were in. After using his WiFi to sort out the bookings he showed us the room, which was very clean, tidy and in excellent condition. He then showed us all the places of interest in the town and surrounding areas with maps...
