「Expedia reservation doesn't have any Value as I reserved 2 rooms 2 months ago and upon Check IN Hotel Front Desk denied to give us Rooms and expedia customer service was answered by AI and was impossible to get hold of customer service ... Terrible Experience never booking with expedia again」

「Bed was comfortable, room was clean, shower was nice, had a refrigerator with a small freezer. The staff was great. Breakfast was ok. The room is a little small but had everything we needed. Just wish there was more room for our belongings because the tv took up most of the space on the desk.」

「Do not stay here! I booked a room 3 weeks in advance of our trip. We were given a room that had no air conditioning and when I told them they said they knew there was no air but they didn't have any other rooms! They finally found another room for us and then rebooked the room we were originally in with someone else before they cleaned it! We had laid on the bed, used the restroom but they didn't clean it before renting to someone else. Now it makes me wonder how clean the room was that we...
