「Excellent location - easy check in and nice big apartments. There was a strong smell when we checked in and we had to open all the windows to get it to go - probably one of the cleaning products as the flat was nice and clean. Was ok and fit for purpose for what we needed」

「Tina was our hostess upon arrival. Exceptionally bubbly and helpful. The young lady we had upon checkout was equally as lovely. Very large, clean, comfortable room. Location is pretty good. Probably wouldn't consider it as "Southbank" as Google would suggest. But still walking distance to most things.」

「Everything was exactly as we needed. Easy walk to everything Southbank has to offer. Very quiet for a city apartment but you can hear general noise so be respectful of the quiet others would like to enjoy. The apartment is small, very basic and you get what you pay for. The easy, including Parking is absolutely a bonus. Easy check in and out. We would absolutely stay here again.」

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」
