「The water out of the faucet was white. Staff said it was filter needed replaced or had been replaced and needed to run and clear. Never did clear up.」

The property is private, absolutely breathtaking, and feels like a dream—a true luxury retreat...

「Wi-Fi didn’t work. No usb ports for charging anything. Main desk people barely spoke English. Pool closed- breakfast mostly nonexistent. Don’t waste time staying here.」

「First off, I arrived and was warmly greeted with HAPPY BIRTHDAY! That really set the tone for my stay (along with room personalizations they did to surprise me wow!!). Their team was so thoughtful and everything was clean and hospitable. Overslept for happy hour but did catch the light breakfast they offer in the AM. Close to downtown Blue Ridge too. I’d stay again for sure.」
