「The apartment was spacious, very clean, new and comfortable. Well equipped with a kitchen and all utensils. The patio was fantastic. Hot shower and aircon worked very well. 24 hours security and very helpful front staff during office hours. Fabio speaks perfect English and gave us a lot of help about getting around in the city. He also helped us get a taxi to the airport on a rainy day with busy traffic which was super helpful. The apartment is close to 2 subway stations where you can...

「Communication was great and timely. Easy for Uber to pick us up from the apartment building. Grocery store was a few blocks away. There were a few coffee and pastry shops close by. Not a lot of restaurants nearby but it’s close within driving distance. 」

「I had a fantastic stay at Fliphaus Ravignani. This was my 3rd time in Buenos Aires and I chose this rental for its location and I was very happy. It's located close to dozens of excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops - all within walking distance. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The hot tub worked well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a vacation rental in Buenos Aires.」
