「I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Palazzo Virgilio and would happily recommend it. The location is convenient, especially if you’re arriving by train, as it’s close to the station while still within walking distance of the historic center. It made getting around very easy. 「We booked the Aqua Suite on the second floor. Super quiet street, short walk to shops and restaurants. Suite was spacious and super clean. Liked the little balcony to sit out with a drink. We didn’t personally meet any staff, all was handled via WhatsApp messages. But they were very accommodating to our special requests. The only complaint: given the location in the old town, there is no public transport taking you there. The hotel arranged transport from the airport to the hotel for 30 Euros....

「I was really disappointed with my stay here. Although the room was ready early, before the check in time, the room looked nothing like those in the photos. It was tiny, dark, cramped and spartan (just a sheet on the bed). Limited towels and the toilet was leaking over the floor. The WiFi signal was so weak I could not connect to it in the room, when asked reception they just said there was no problem with it. The male receptionist was bordering on rude when he asked for our key back to keep at...
