We stayed here on our last night in Puglia, the apartment was close to the front and restaurants in Brindisi. The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. The pool area was also is lovely. Unfortunately the breakfast wasn’t great.

This was a good large room in the centre of town. As a downside the parking was poor - we ended up a mile away - it's not their fault, that's what you get in the centre of a town.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent. Standards were very high. The breakfast was good enough as an easy meal. I struggle to see how you could find anything better at this price-point. All around recommendation from us.

An exceptional treasure hidden on a quiet street just a block from the main street and 300 meters from the waterfront promenade. The facility is brand new and the rooms are unexpectedly spacious. The proprietor was did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. One cannot find a better full service property. One word of caution: if driving, parking is a.challenge.

Great service, good location

Nice spacy, clean and comfortable apartment. Nice big refrigerator and ability to cook at the place (we didn't). Friendly hostess,but no presence during check-in. Breakfast ok - brought to the room. Location close to city center.

Perfect in every way

Great modern apartment, huge sunny balcony, excellent location close to many bars and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with a choice of sweet or savoury. The outdoor pool doesn’t open until 1st May but that wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel shuttle was really efficient and only took 10 mins to get to the apartment. Alessandro was really helpful.

We loved the apartment and the area in which it was situated. Brindisi may not be as beautiful as some of the other Italian towns nearby but it is much less touristy and you don’t get the crowds or tat. The apartment we stayed in was fabulous with every amenity in the kitchen area and a wonderful balcony. The pool was a fabulous place to relax at the end of the day. Small, but we had it to ourselves. Breakfast lacked the artistry of the place. I felt a lot of food was wasted and a tick list of what we required may have been better. Thanks for a wonderful stay we may be back.

Santo Stefano was a excellent property in a great location, with a beautifully designed reception area and apartments. There was no one on reception when we arrived but the access instructions were clear and the info/ support provided remotely was very helpful. Our apartment was very spacious and contemporary. The kitchen had all the basic equipment you'd need, including for washing up stuff was helpful. We were offered a choice of breakfast delivered to our room on the first morning. No choice on the second morning. The roof terrace and pool looks amazing on the internet however sadly we didn't get to see them. The Expedia website states the pool is available from 1 May - which is the reason we booked this property. However when we went to the roof terrace on the first day we found it to be locked. When I queried this with the property they said the pool isn't open until 30 May. This was hugely disappointing, and the property made no concession for providing incorrect information. If it wasn't for this, we would have given everything 5 stars!

I would have rated this property higher except that when we were ready to leave for the airport at 6:30am, the elevator was not working. I had to carry two 70lb suite cases down 4 flights of stairs with minimal handrails. We are over 70 years old and it was challenging down a circular stairway.

Phone on door did not work. coincidentally a Neighbor came out to walk her dog and gave the cab driver the correct number. This is an airbandb and your site lists it as a bed and breakfast. Owner refused a refund.
