「The owner is very warm and considerate. We arrived later than the time we told her and she called us to check was everything ok. She also gave us an ipad with a lot of site visit suggestions and great restaurants recommendations which are really helpful. Her mother is also very nice and welcomed us with a coffee from their fancy app and superb machine. Rooms are clean and uniquely designed, while hotel is just 5 minutes walk away from centre.」

「Wir haben mal was Neues ausprobiert und waren absolut positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modernes Badezimmer und super bequeme Betten. Es gibt vor den Zimmern einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Kühlschrank etc.
Die Bushaltestelle (für den Bus nach Ascona) ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Daher sind die 7Rooms super gelegen. 」

「Das Hotel liegt nahe bei der Seepromenade in einer der kleinen Gassen in der nähe der Kirche. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft vom Inhaberpaar sehr freundlich begrüsst.
Unser Zimmer wie auch das Badezimmer war ausreichend gross und sehr sauber. Am sehr schönen Frühstücksbuffet hatte es alles was es braucht und wir konnten auf der kleinen Terrasse im Innenhof frühstücken. Auch hier kümmern sich die Besitzer sehr freundlich um alle Gäste. Beim aus-checken bekamen wir zum Abschied noch ein frisches Brot...

「Wir waren überrascht, als wir dieses Juwel entdeckt haben. Es gibt nur 6 Zimmer, die geschmacksvoll eingerichtet sind, einen wunderschönen Pool. Vor allem wurden wir von der Villa und von vielen gemütlichen Sitzplätzen begeistert. Es war traumhaft, als die Kirche Glocken gespielt hat und Hunde mitgesungen haben! 」

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
