"Staff were great, breakfast very good, and comfortable room. The room was noisy as it was next to the elevator and also had a lot of street noise because it was on the front side of the property. The room was also very cold as a cold front csme through and the front desk said they had not yet turned on the heating for the building. "

"We first got given a room where the bathroom door was tilted of the hinges and wouldn't even close. After asking reception to swap room the staff said there was no rooms left regardless of all the availability I could see online and that the maintenance man would come fix it tomorrow. The next day nothing happened so we complained again the this staff member was nice enough to let us switch room after I showed him all the availability i could see online. Super old however its every conveniently place and affordable. Photos do not match images so yeah book at your own discretion"

"It’s hard to imagine that there is a better place to stay in Buenos Aires. The Palace is a beautiful hotel with incredible service and attention to detail. The concierge staff helped take our trip to a higher level. The hotel is also in a high-end neighborhood and within walking distance of quite a few major sights. We highly recommend!"
