「房間很大很乾淨，而且有洞穴的特色。店員的服務很好。他會一早聯絡我，然後教我怎樣到酒店。然後給了我一張地圖告訴我應該怎樣參觀這個小鎮。後來我需要買車票回到Bari，由於火車站在重建，我不知道怎樣買票，店員陪我到車站買了第二天回Bari的票,後來他知道我的行程會去西西里島，他作為西西里島的本地人也告訴我西西里島國旅行景點，我覺得她有非常好的服務態度。」

Staff are courteous and friendly and helpful in places to go and visit as well as restaurant recommendations and reservations. The bed is very comfortable with luxurious linens. Plenty of delicious food and juice choices for breakfast and the best cappuccino! Thank you Paola and her staff for making our stay memorable!」
