"We have stayed at the Trecarn several times. The staff are always very polite and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Paying extra for the executive room this time was more than worth it. It is what we will be doing in future. The only minor criticism is that the Wi-Fi reception in the room is virtually none existent, which combined with the poor cell reception in the area meant you had to go near reception if you needed to use your phone. If not for this minor inconvenience it would have been 5 stars instead of 4 stars."
