「The staff were all great and kind. They are there to help. They have a restaurant on the ground level convenient for early breakfast or late dinner. Bathroom was clean and disinfected. Utilities such as ceiling fan and AC unit were functioning. Simply it’s a place to stay if you are looking for economical places for short trip to Mumbai alone or friends 」

He went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. There was some road work happening outside the hotel, but the team handled it well and helped with my luggage all the way to the taxi pickup point. 「Room decor was poor and things were coming apart. The lifts were small, slow and antiquated. The room appeared musky and tasteless. Reception staff had a poor grasp of English and may seem abrupt and unfriendly. They would talk to you and be easily distracted by another person's enquiry and left you. Come on.... deal with the person in front of you first!!!」
