「They canceled my reservation and didn’t email me. Very poor communication.」

「We like it. 」

「Staff is very welcoming and nice. However our room wasn’t that clean to begin with. The bed mattresses were very old and uncomfortable to sleep on. Our room was only cleaned once and the restroom was dusty and full of spiders. The curtains looked very dirty throughout the room. The shower looked filthy and gross. Breakfast was good but only toddler portions are free which consist of bananas and pineapple and if you want an omelet or gallo pinto it’s extra. Laundry service was very expensive and...

「Super nice folks, simple comfy clean accomodations and a fantastic meditation garden. Excellent, especially for the price.」

「The breakfast was awesome!@ and the staff very helpful nice and cozy in the breakfast area!!」

「Beautiful house in a quaint location amongst coffee plantation. Higlighly recommended」

「Un hotel muy estético, acogedor y tranquilo. Muy recomendable.」

「Staff was really helpful at check-in. Rooms were very basic but good value for the price, especially since they provided breakfast. I loved the full size fridge and kitchen facility which would allow you to store and cook basic things if you were staying for multiple days. The only negative was that they wanted to charge me $20 USD for 1/2 of a load of clothes. I had expected/hoped to have access to a self serve laundry.」

「Room and bathroom were clean. We had a late flight in the San Jose, so checked in at the hotel after midnight, when nobody was there at the front desk, but we received clear instructions for checkin by messages and also from the taxi driver who picked us up. So, it went smoothly.」

「After making a reservation, we received a message stating that the property had not been available for a long time, despite still being listed. We were surprised and disappointed, especially since we have not received any response regarding our refund. Very poor communication and an overall frustrating experience.」

「Very large, clean and quiet room in a good and safe neighborhood」
