「The hotel is nothing like what’s described on Expedia. The buildings look old, and the rooms feel dusty and outdated. There are no real amenities in the room—just two glass bottles of water, and it’s unclear whether they’re being refilled or replaced. The “all‑inclusive” offering is also misleading. The buffet is open for breakfast and lunch with the same menu every day. Dinner service is inconsistent; although the buffet was open on my arrival day (Sunday), it was closed the following evening....

From the welcoming and very helpful staff to the beautiful hotel and amenities and let’s not talk about the perfect location and comfy beds. We truly enjoyed our time in Santa Teresa and would highly recommend it to individual travelers, couples, and families. The pool/rooftop view is priceless!」
