The staff did not speak English very well or clearly. The "free" breakfast had been discontinued and the pool was closed for refurbishing. The security bolt on the inside of the door was "broken." The room coffee maker was "dirty" or stained so we did not use it. Very disappointed. During the booking process through Expedia, the hotel web page did not say that the free breakfast or that the pool were no longer available to customers.

I was expecting the place to look like the picture but it was the opposite. The place was run down. Weeds 2ft tall. No yard work anywhere. Pool was empty with green mold in it. All exterior furniture was brocken and flipped all around the property. The interior of the room smelled like mildew. Dust and webs on the lights. Toilet smelled like urine. Plywood over windows and stairways. Open framing to the building. Contruction workers were making noise there and staying at the hotel making noise till 2 am partying and drinking. My worst stay so far. May not be ising exledia in the future becuase the pictures are not the same as what i witnessed.

Amenities being down is annoying enough but having a slug in the bed is absolutely unacceptable and now I'm getting the run around on trying to get a refund (owner hung up when I called for an update a week later). The 2 nights I stayed here were the most awful hotel experience I've ever had. The first night at 2 a.m. I had to get transfered to a different room because the toilet was overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The next room could only be opened be somebody on the hotel staff because the key card reader didnt work properly. My last morning here, the toilet overflowed. I was unable to use the shower or finish using the restroom. The hotel manager then tried to blame me for their issues, and demanded that she was checking me out of the hotel, and to take any issues up with Expedia.
