「Our room was exquisite. We were in the bungalows area off the main hotel grounds. Easy parking, very clean. The staff especially Tristan were very perdinable. Communication was so eady as well, thee staff shared their cell numbers readily. Free transportation throughout most of the city.」

「Great view of the city! Very comfortable beds, clean. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for communication was I did not receive my check in instructions an hour before like they said. I had to call them but it was handled very promptly. It was noisy due to interstate traffic but they have noise machines in each bedroom. Would definitely stay again.」

「The room was great! Very clean and comfortable. Navigating around the building was complicated (signs would be nice), and the elevator and halls weren’t always the most tidy. Location was perfect. Easy access to coffee shop, within walking distance to College Park Center. Would stay here again. 」

「I was super excited to rent this place until I got there I had issues with my code but customer service was great n helpful zero complaints about that... The apartment doesn't get cleaned properly I found an airport tag from June under my nightstand zero Internet n couldn't watch anything on the TV in the living room the area was ok really close to lots of things n activities.... Food crumbs in the master bedroom nightstand water leaking in the master bathroom looks like they just go do beds not...

「Toilet was leaking, management fixed immediately. No issues other than a muggy room not a lot of air circulation so clothes began to smell mildewy. Kitchenette and refrigerator were in perfect condition. Really no complaints after check in. Room was clean, safe convenient location.」
