「Great place to stay! Staff/ the service was definitely the highlight of the stay. Always there to help with recommendations, assistance and answering all questions. Room was nice and tidy with a field of cows outside the window! Breakfast in the morning was a great touch with a buffet and hot food to order, made a great start to every morning. Good location, close to city center although having a car made seeing eeverything very easy. Would definitely stay here again :)」

「This is such a gem! Cute boutique style hotel that kept is charm but has been updated in the past 5 years (i think 2021) and it is beautiful. Staff is so helpful and pointed out great stores, restaurants, and pubs. They are on the corner of the walkable shopping district (so not in the chaos but easy to go have fun) and only a 5 minute walk to a lovely little park with walking trail. Surprised how much i feel in love with this place. 」

「Very welcoming. The lake hotel was very relaxing and views were great, staff were helpful and the Tea and coffee services excellent. The hotel was set back from the main road which added to its charm and feeling of serenity. Breakfast bar was more than satisfactory, all food was prepared well and they had a large variety of options. The room was nicely appointed and very clean. If we come back to Ireland I guarantee we will be staying at the lake hotel in kilairney again.」

「Incredible hotel and wonderful staff! Beautiful evening at their restaurant as well as the food was excellent. Only frustration is that our room did not have air conditioning. Only some rooms have AC but our door opened which allowed plenty of air flow from outside.」

「The staff were friendly and helpful. There were nice touches. For example, if you ask that the room not be cleaned they thank you with a complimentary drink card (wine/beer/coffee). It was unexpected but a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful. It was our favorite hotel during our trip. 」

「We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is perfectly located in Killarney. The breakfast had everything you could ask for, the staff were extremely friendly. The hotel has a new and older side to it. Whereas we had our rooms on the older side of the hotel, they were still very nice. The few days were extremely hot and we had Air Conditioning in the room, which was perfect 」
