「We stayed there for 2 days, and it was a nice experience. We had 3 kids and an infant, and we felt safe and cared for. My only complaint would be the breakfast options are limited but the omlet was delicious」

「Excelente lugar para disfrutar de la naturaleza. Sus propietarios son muy amables, en especial Tim, quien nos recibió personalmente junto a su perro Coco. Las habitaciones son cabañas acogedoras, con vistas increíbles a las montañas y al volcán Turrialba desde algunos puntos. La comida muy rica, fresca, bien preparada con amor. Recomiendo el lugar para personas que deseen descansar rodeadas de la verde montaña.」

「Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rum was a bit small but bed comfortable and with AC. Room and bath, supposedly being accessible, were located on the 2nd floor with a stair care, with no functioning elevator, causing difficulties, to access reception and dining hall on 1st floor. Staff did deliver breakfast to the room for the handicap person. Bath did not have any safety bars and the walk in shower floor was extremely slippery, so we must lay towels on the floor to be safe. 「Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...
