「I booked the hotel room for my elderly father. He had a wonderful stay at the White Swan Hotel in Cairo. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful throughout his visit. The hotel is also very clean, which made the whole experience even more comfortable for him. We highly recommend it. 」

「The place was excellent—very beautiful, very clean, spacious, and comfortable—and located close to central Cairo. Excellent place around a mall and supermarket, very nice and beautiful. However, the problem was the language barrier; you really need to speak Arabic, as they never replied to my emails, and all communication took place over the phone. Fortunately, I was with my partner, who speaks Arabic; otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to communicate with them at all.」

「The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an old apartment bldg. It's hard to spot, and car - like UBER - don't have access to the front door of the bldg. The elevator has not been refurbish yet, very old... But it works ! Breakfast are delivered to your bedroom. Ok. The rooms are clean, but NO daily prep. Yes, they offer airport shuttle BUT you have to pay $15. Will NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU HAVE A VERY TIGHT BUDGET.」
