The photos are a good representation of the way the property looks. However, no one should rent this unit.
The main reason is temperature control. In summer there is NO AC and in winter setting the thermostat at 55-65 degrees makes the main floor rooms (kitchen, LR, primary bedroom) ABSOLUTELY FREEZING while the lower floor (2nd & 3rd bedrooms) will be BLAZING HOT (ppl in our group received AppleWatch warnings due to high temps though it was February).
You won't see this mentioned in the description, but AFTER you arrive and spend the first night, you'll get an email from the property manager suggesting that "IF IT'S HOT in the guest bedrooms", we should block off the registers (with what we did not know). Our solution was to open the door to the unheated garage.
At first we looked for something to prop open the door to the garage, but what do you know? The owner already had a system of bungy-cords set up to easily allow the door remain open just a bit in order to let in the cold air!
So the thing is, the owner and/or property manager knows that their property has a slew of temperature control issues (they send you tips and have rigged solutions), but they don't tell you until you've invested your time & energy into THIS property. It would be a nice place overall... if the outside temperature was never going to deviate from 65 degrees (impossible).
There are probably other properties that have their act together. Maybe you should select one of them.
