「Limited supplies - no sponge to wash dishes, almost all empty for hand soaps and detergents, only two laundry detergent pods left, no napkins or tissues, one roll of paper towels, also be aware it’s a hot water tank and not tankless so only enough hot water for 1.5 showers before you have to wait. Also many old and unusable pots/pans. No pan so can’t use oven. 」

「Overall stay is good and lodge is cozy and a large size of kitchen with full utensils to use, which are very convenient. A few things that the management may think to improve: the washer and dryer, especially the dryer is not clean and some dust even coins left inside the dryer. Customer service phone number is not reachable the day after Xmas so there is nobody to answer our questions.」

「Unfortunately, I will not be leaving a 5 star review for this booking. While the customer service for Incline Cottage was great and the house was not, in any regards, in disrepair, it was definitely not up to standards for their asking rental price. The floors, carpet and laminate, were dirty (our socks and feet were dirty after walking on them from the first day), there were live spiders, spider webs, and cobwebs all over the inside, and dirty dishes and utensils were found in cabinets and...

「The house is nice and cozy. Everything worked and it was in very good condition. It was clean and ready when we arrived. The major problem is the property is listed as 2 bed 2 bath. While the house does have 2 bathrooms, one is off limits. The master bed and bath are designed as the owners area and access is denied. So while I paid for a 2 bed 2 bath I only got a 2 bed 1 bath. That made the bathroom situation for our family less than desirable. Just beware if you're looking for 2 bathrooms you...

「The home was clean, although it showed its age. It accomodated our group of three families wonderfully. We really enjoyed spending time on the back deck, but it would have been nice to have outdoor furniture available and the deck seems to be in need of replacing (loose railing, deteriorating boards). Overall, we loved our stay. It is a great location and has enough space for big groups to come together and spend quality time.」
