「I made my reservation months in advance, specifically booking a room with two queen beds for a two-night stay. However, when I arrived, I was told my reservation was for a single king bed for three people. The hotel does not offer rollaway beds or sofa beds to accommodate for their mistake, and I was informed that three guests were not allowed in that room. After checking my confirmation email, it clearly stated that I had reserved two queen beds, which made the situation even more frustrating....
