「Everything is quite good. Big and cozy room, quite environment at high level. The only thing need to improve is that I have to wait for around 15 mins when I Check in at around 7pm. The staff need to answer the call and hold me; and the room is yet ready, need 10 more mins to get the card.」

「Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. Another example: ordered coke which of course is not included in the buffet as soon as the soda was delivered server demanded...

「The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. For me it was the best of both worlds because if I really needed to leave it it was just a short 5 to 10 minute grab ride away. The breakfast at the place...

「We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though.」
