The staff was amazing. You are greeted so kindly when you walk in, get a tour of the facility, and then shown to your room. The moment you walk into your room you see the spectacular view. 「We got in later than expected, and our room was ready for us. Super comfy bed and clean room and bathroom. Made use of the exercise room and breakfast bar. Coffee was fresh and plentiful. 」

「Booked a family suite with 2 queen beds and a king, was given a family suite with a pull out couch instead of a second bed. There were no extra linens in the room- not even a sheet on the pull out mattress. The couch cushions were disgustingly stained white- I don’t even want to know whose DNA that was. Floors in the elevator were constantly dirty. This hotel honestly had the worst continental breakfast out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at- and I’ve stayed at sketchy hostels that had breakfast...
