「My partner and I had a wonderful time! We stayed from Wednesday to Friday, and the street noise very minimal. The front desk agent, Merry, was so funny and kind and gave us an upgrade since it was available! She also told us what was going on around the Gaslamp Quarter and was very helpful during our stay. The valet was also insanely helpful whenever I left items in my car and they happily grabbed them for me! Our stay was nothing short of amazing!」

「Wifi was not reliable or strong enough, therefore I had to use my hotspot during the entire stay. Since I am from overseas, I needed to recharge my data plan twice, incurring extra costs.」

「Staff are very friendly and helpful but one minor complaint about the wifi connection though. Wifi couldn't be connected to laptop and cell phone at the same time in my room which was a bit inconvenient. After all, it was a pleasant stay.」

The location is also convenient, just a few minutes' walk to Little Italy, and taxis are also very easy to get to, with only 10💲 being the only taxi fare to the surrounding areas. The hot water and facilities were excellent, and the bedding was comfortable.」
