"The hotel area was overall perfect. The room needs work done. Nails were hanging out from the face boards and the locks on the sliding door wasn’t working. Other than that my family enjoyed the pool and the room. "

"The room was outdated and the cabinetry needed to be fixed. The breakfast was the same throughout the whole week and the Kitchen Lady was very rude and did not seem happy to be there working every morning. "

"Place dirty had guess until late night hours drinking on the lobby ones every one was sleeping to loud for a place to relax and dirty at the lobby look like no one had clean that in months"

"Laundry facilities out of order due to the card insert mechanisms on washers & dryers being removed by vandals. I even told the manager I had laundry to do and he didn’t say a word about them being broken! "

"It is clear that everyone that works there enjoys their job. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and checked in often. The lady who worked in the kitchen was constantly moving and refilling items. She made sure the breakfast area was stocked and clean the whole morning. Very kind staff. Very clean inside and out. There were no weird smells trying to hide odors. Very nice location! I would absolutely recommend anyone stay here. Very close to so many things. My only issue is with Hilton. They could do better with their mattresses. Every Hilton chain we stay at lately has had the hardest beds. "

"From the moment my family & I checked in, I had a great experience. I was greeted by Sergio he was very helpful & polite. The room was clean & bed was very comfy. The microwave & fridge came in handy. My grandkids had a blast in the pool & hot tub. The complimentary breakfast was so delicious, they served eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt. I can go on & on. Overall my stay was awesome. I will definitely be coming back the next time the family is in Carlsbad for legoland."
