"We had to ask the room to be cleaned, it was done once in 6 days, poor, First day we used the pool, we witnessed a small child in distress after he came out of the pool, Myself and my used the pool, later back in the room, I was itching on parts of my body. My daughter was in agony, crying screaming inpain, scratching herself on parts of her body, we where up most of the night trying to comfort our daughter, I had a cream with me that helped sooth the pain, At one point we were going to the hospital, but decided afteri applied the cream a few times during the night it helped her calm down. I complained the next morning about the pool, they shut it down to investigate. Later that day I enquired about the pool, the receptionist told me they were working on getting the pool ready again to used ,too much Chroline in it. When I enquired again I was told it's ready to use. I told them I and my family will not be using the pool for the rest of our stay, We only booked the hotel because our daughter likes to swim, really disappointed about this, we used another hotel for swimming at our own expense. "It was a relaxing two-day stay with a beautiful ocean view. I am grateful that the front desk staff moved us to a quieter room, which allowed me to have uninterrupted rest. On the first night, I needed to work and was initially placed near the main entrance of the building, where there was loud noise and disturbances. I requested a room change so I could focus on my work, and the staff kindly accommodated my request. The Club Lounge was superb, with a relaxing vibe that made lounge hours truly enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was the ocean atmosphere—surreal views, clear water, fish swimming nearby, and birds chirping in the morning. Thank you to Manager E.Z. for assisting us by arranging a grab-and-go club sandwich and soda prior to our departure, as we missed our last-day breakfast. Benjarong Restaurant provided high-class service, and the sunset view added to our sense of privacy during dinner. The meal was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Dusit!"
