Probably the best Ibis Hotel I have ever stayed. Good facility and great restaurante next door. In fact, the restaurant and its service were outstanding.

Sempre se sabe o que esperar de um Ibis, mas este necessita uma manutenção (janela para a rua não fechava). Faltou mesa de luz em ambos os lados também e a TV muito limitada, só 3 ou 4 canais.

Atendimento ruim, pouca cordialidade da equipe como um todo, a toalha de banho paracia um pano de chão, o cafe da manha com itens do dia anterior, pouca gente na operação do café, louca suja e o piso em torno do buffet estava lamentável, ficamos 03 dias e o mesmo permaneceu grudento e faltou limpeza, sou cliente da Accor a decadas, mas essa hospedagem deixou a desejar.

Salvo apenas pelo restaurante, senão era nota zero

Atendimento do Balcão muito ruim. Parece que estão lhe fazendo um favor ao atende-lo. Já o atendimento da cozinha e as refeições são nota 10. Impressionante a diferença de um para o outro. Recomendo que o pessoal da recepção faça um "estagio" na cozinha para aprenderem como atender um cliente.
