「When I booked this originally I thought it was a residence inn, we get there and its essentially a dorm that is used as a hotel in the summer months. That being said, it was clean and quiet and the A/C worked great. We had a nice large living area and a mini kitchen with a full sized fridge and small dining area. 2 bedrooms on either side of the living area, I believe the beds were full or doubles but we made do, they were pretty comfortable once we brought up our own pillows. 「The place is good, surrounded by several retirement houses, and located next to Western University. However, it takes a 5 minute walk uphill form the nearest bus station, and it is a bit difficult to locate. The facility is fine except the heating is not functioning, it was too dry and too hot, in which I have to leave the window open throughout the night for making myself a little more comfortable. 」

「Staff was lovely, room was great and the building is stunning. Only comment would be that they had multiple events on and there wasn't adequate parking for overnight guests when we arrived to check in, although they do have an agreement with a property close by.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the shopping mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and dining options. I felt very safe throughout my stay, which added to the overall comfort. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. What stood out the most was the staff—they were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. 」

「This hotel is ideally located at the intersections of two major arteries. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food for breakfast was ample, hot, fresh and tasty. Having coffee 24/7 was also quite nice. The only suggestion I have would be to put a photo of a CF 104 in room 104. Loved the theme of the planes throughout the lobby!」
