"Walkable distance to the centre of Falmouth. Loads of free parking when we went. One occasion. we parked on the road a little up hill (2 minutes walk). Its a lovely cottage, I hadn't considered the Victorian steep steps up to the first floor (regarding my 80+ YO mum), but equally might be testing if one had little kids. Other than that, we loved it cheers."

"We were staying as a family of four adults. The location was in a quiet area overlooking the sea in the distance. The accommodation was very specious, clean and well equipped. One bedroom had a small en suite shower and toilet. There was also a bath with overhead shower and toilet in a separate room. "The Pod was amazing, we don’t think the photos do it justice! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would love to visit again. Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"Just returned from a 7 night stay at Savoy view apartment The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula....

"The room was extremely hot, and there was no fan available to help with ventilation. There was also a strong smell of food coming from the kitchen throughout my stay. In addition, the kitchen extractor system appeared to run for much of the day, creating a constant loud noise that only stopped when the kitchen was no longer operating. The hotel's main advantage is its convenient location for catching an early morning ferry. One disappointment was breakfast arrangements. As the kitchen does not open until 8:00 a.m., I was unable to have breakfast before my early departure. I later discovered in the hotel information booklet that a packed breakfast can be prepared for guests leaving early. It would have been helpful if the receptionist had mentioned this at check-in. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again. Considering the price, I did not feel the facilities and overall experience offered good value for money."
