"Amazing!!! We are definitely coming back. The resort lost power a few times but that’s expected in the Caribbean. Because of it, they offered us assistance, cold towels, drinks to ease us. Staff is so nice!!! Special shoutout to Morris and Peter at the Aqua Snac Bar and a waitress Ashley who not only brought us drinks at our swim out but also food from the Reef. Stellar staff and support. Great for the kids. Lots of breathing room and omg the food!!!!!! Love it! "

"Everything was perfect! We couldn't find anything wrong. The food, the staff, the whole structure, luxuries, how peacefully it was and well-maintained. We made an upgrade at the check in and they even add extra benefits for us including a free spa that was amazing. We enjoyed every moment and definitely we're planning on coming back."

"I have never paid so much for drinks, food and everything is an extra cost. I would never recommend Baha Mar to anyone. I travel a lot and stay at lots of very nice hotels and resorts but I can not recommend this place. Very disappointed considering the amount of money we spent. "

"The first thing that turned me off from this place was the glass partition in the bedroom that looked directly into the bathroom shower area. We had a few problems in the room that required maintenance to come. The pool areas were excellent, always clean with plenty of chairs. The activities people were great. Lots of fun there. There is several restaurants on the property. Most were just ok. The best was the Asian restaurant. The beach was nice, plenty of chairs there as well. The service staff there was great. Very friendly and quick. "
