"The staff, specifically Leoncio was so amazing to see every morning he was such a positive friendly person. All the staff was amazing. We only had an issue one evening when we went into the sports bar. The staff were very rude and were talking about us in front of us. We didn’t visit the sports bar again. Overall a great experience."

"The hotel and all the different choices of food were great. The only thing that I didn’t like is some of the staff wasn’t very very friendly, especially if they didn’t speak English. They were either just rude or walked away and never answered your question what I didn’t like, but got used to was the room to smell very very damp when you walk in, but after the first day, I was OK with the smell."
