"Room was clean , too much staff at the Buffet restaurant but the services need to be improved. The pool was clean but has so many missing tiles , a woman got injured . In general I had a good experience at this hotel , but they have to improve those issues in order to get real 5 stars."

"The property is beautiful, staff friendly, food good. Only drawback was the shower was cold the entire time. I didn't say anything or I'm sure they would've handled it. They had entertainment every night, including pool parties during the day and a beach party at night. I went solo for my birthday and felt safe the whole time."
