"My husband and I spent 5 nights September 9,2026 our room was large with a full ocean front view, the food was very good, our room was cleaned everyday. The hotel was just the right size and the staff and guests were friendly. Highly recommend if you just looking to relax."

"The property was very clean. The lobby was spacious and elegant. The Grounds were well kept. The corridors were wide and spacious. I love the light colors used. The rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeeping visited daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception to the housekeeping staff, the dining room staff, the porters at the front, even the groundmen who maintain the property, they were all friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and widely available throughout the day. The pools were clean. The property is kid- friendly. I observed that the children were very happy. All in all, my five days experience was very good. I loved it."

"Había ido antes al hotel y fue de mal gusto para mí no encontrar un restaurante de carne como lo tenían antes, el desayuno del domingo estaba pésimo, el restaurante dominicano, Costa Azul, no hace honor a nuestro país, las atenciones deficientes y la comida mala. La mejor experiencia fue en el restaurante japonés y el italiano, el Bella, fue lo mejor. La atención del personal fue muy buena y las condiciones de la habitación."

"This Hotel/resort was definitely a 10/10 for us. The property was very clean, the rooms was very clean and spacious, there was activities going on everyday, plenty of food and drinks. We even visited the spa and received a deep tissue massage which was AMAZING. The only bad thing I might would say is we were on the 4th floor and we had to climb those stairs 🙉. We will definitely be back. 10/10 highly recommend 👌"

"Hotel needs updating but overall, a good stay. Outside areas were well kept. Lobby needs more seating. Restaurants not open long enough to accommodate dinner guests. Shows were mediocre. Room was clean. Contracted security at resort was rude."

"Nice place to travel. Food is good. Adults only was nice and quiet. Shower old and not well cleaned rooms. Bathroom in Palace dirty. Fan in theater not working well was so hot. I have been visited this place 11 years ago and place was much better. But we rested and had great time."

"Room was clean and spacious, had a safe fridge & coffee bar. Staff was either hit or miss, hit if they were to be tipped (servers bar tenders masseuse) miss if they didn’t require a tip (check in reception). Birds stalked the pool and outdoor bar, nothing edible was safe. There were a few restaurants and liquor stores across the street. Convenient location!!"
