「We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived; the staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. They also offer plenty of convenient parking. The room was comfortable, spacious, and impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on a future visit. Very satisfied with the overall experience!」

「Excellent and attentive staff. The Hard Rock Cafe was awesome. Didn't like the bath area setup, there was no privacy like you have in other hotels (an enclosed bathroom). The rooms were very cold with no way to lower the temperature except by calling guest services. Room smelled of humidity. Music during the weekends was very loud and could be heard on the fourth floor. 「Saludos El hotel no estaba mal en cuestión al servicio al cliente que fue excelente por la joven que nos recibió, su decoración estaba muy bonita , pero las facilidades dentro del cuarto no eran las adecuadas, primero los olores eran fuertes, al parecer las alfombras tenían un mal olor, el calentador agua nunca funcionó, las camas se sentía los alambres. De mi parte no vuelvo.」
