Location and staff were excellent. Enjoyed breakfast. There was a leak in the roof which they were busily repairing after a rainstorm the previous night.

The Parkgate Hotel
2nd stay at the Parkgate. Fantastic hotel in the centre of Cardiff. The only downside is the parking situation. Much easier to get the train in and walk over to the hotel.

Celtic Manor Resort
ALL the staff were great. The table service at the Merlin bar was very slow. But it was busy. They only had 1 lift (out of 3)working that day which made us get our steps in. Food was amazing! Future Inns Cardiff Bay
We often stay here and usually sleep well although this time we were in room 125 and there was a constant sound similar to air conditioning (ours wasn’t on) though the night.

Park Plaza Cardiff
Enjoyed a two night stay at Park Plaza. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. The gym and pool were great. Decent bar area with friendly bar staff. Recommended
