「Our stay at La Paula was perfect. We felt very comfortable and all the amenities were excellent. We enjoyed daily breakfast and it was very nice to have free laundry self service to use after a few days of hiking in the Dolomites. Highly recommend!」

Um die ruhige Atmosphäre für alle Gäste zu bewahren, wäre es wünschenswert, wenn Kleinkinder mit Windeln sowie Kinder unter 16 Jahren keinen Zugang zum Poolbereich hätten. Viele Gäste besuchen die Anlage, um sich zu erholen, und würden den Pool lieber als Ort der Entspannung statt als Spielbereich nutzen.」

「Excellent service. We arrived very late due to the heavy traffic jam on the highway. The front desk reponded our late check in request promptly. The room is big and clean. The kitchen is well furnished. The hotel is highly recommended.」

Unfortunately I didn’t understand how far the apartment was from the main resort and I also didn’t know that we wouldn’t be able to find a car/taxi to take us the four kms from the final bus stop. I would have liked for the resort to have recommended that we pre-book a taxi from Balzano as we had a stressful start to our holiday.」
