「Check in process was non personal through an app. Also was a serious pain. Shower would NOT drain. Took 5 days to get it fixed in order to not stand in water and black mold. Not once was the toilet paper put on a roll dispenser. No soap ever put in the shower container. Apparently training for the housekeepers is minimal? The only staff on premise was the kitchen staff. They tried to help, but wasn't their responsibility. The location is a 10. But, the hotel is a 3 maybe? It needs a huge...

「Positives : - good value for money - plenty of seating in dining area - good sports bar - we had a nice large balcony (some rooms don’t though) - 2 supermarkets on your doorstep - fridge in room Negatives : - location - quite a trek uphill from town especially in the heat - food was nice enough but limited options - especially as although I saw the labels in a pile, they were never placed above the food so you never knew what was actually on offer.
