It is a very well run hotel and all the staff were friendly, attentive and efficient with any problems attended to in an efficient manner. It is an hotel in which you can immediately feel at home and enjoy your holiday. Also the food was good and interesting.

We have stayed at the Hotel Balcon many times and it never disappoints. Although a little dated to look at, it is always spotlessly clean, staff are excellent and the position of the hotel is perfect. We are already looking to book for next year.

Best hotel we've ever stayed in and we've been to Nerja ten times. Room cleaned everyday, hotel was spotless, lovely staff that go out of their way to greet staff eveytime you enter the hotel. They even arranged taxi to airport. Driver met us at reception, took our cases and escorted us to carpark for €80. After staying at Hotel Balcon wouldnt stay anywhere else!

excellent as were the facilities and restaurant. You coukd get a free chair on a very small beach but since we were a family needing space to play we opted to go to the beach and rent chairs for 6 euro. Great location and overall experience.

Wonderful hotel located right by the sea - our junior suite upgrade was so worth it. Just remember to contact the property in advanced to understand the parking situation, as the property isn’t accessible by car!
