「The first level room I had reserved was unavailable due to some electrical problems. I accepted a 2nd level room and appreciated the gentleman who brought my luggage to the room. He was very nice. The pool was to be closed and resort fee waived. The pool was serviced faster than management anticipated so they changed the policy and reinstated the resort fee. Guests were to be reimbursed for their lunch. I returned lunch receipt as instructed but it wasn’t taken off my bill. Dante’s dinner...

「To start with, they took a long time to give me a room, even though the hotel was practically empty. We had to change our own towels since there was no housekeeping service. To top it all off, they later called to charge me $500, claiming we had smoked in the room—which we hadn't. Just imagine smoking inside an air-conditioned room; that’s something you wouldn't even do in your own home. Besides, there wasn't even a sign indicating that smoking was prohibited in the hotel. It was a terrible...

「Breakfast was excellent each morning. Have stayed here several times and usually an always pleased. I was given a room right off the Lobby which I now realize is probably a room used often for guest with dogs. Strong smell of damp dog when entering each time. Will request a room on other floors in the future to avoid this smell.」
