"Staff were very accommodating. As far as cleanliness of the room it was fairly clean however; the room we stayed in needs a new microwave and lamp shades. At first I thought they were just really dirty but after further inspection its more like rust and decay."

"Rooms and facilities were very clean. The staff was wonderful!! Our room was spacious, had everything we needed, and had a beautiful view of the ocean, perfect for watching sunsets from the balcony. The area is safe and close to shipping and restaurants. LOVED our stay here. Will be back when we come back to the Big Island."

"Our stay was great! We loved the location, the size of the apartment, the updated look, that there were 2 restrooms and a full sized kitchen! We prepared most of our meals daily and enjoyed the live music and bar area in the evenings. We also got to enjoy a hula show out on the lawn facing the beach that performs on Mondays. I would definitely stay again! The only downside is the sofabed. It was very uncomfortable so we 3 of us slept on the large bed and 1 brave person stuck it out on that sofabed. That was my only complaint. Mahalo!"

"The courtesy of the staff. Hot spa! Very clean. Even the guest's were friendly probably because of the nice staff. I should have mentioned the microwave may not spin completely. It still git our dinner hot."
